We recommend only defrosting the food once to keep quality and safety exactly where they should be. Refreeze it, and we can't guarantee either, so it's worth bearing in mind.
If you do decide to refreeze, just know that the shelf life once defrosted again will be shorter than the usual 5 days, depending on how long it was out the first time round.
