Yes, you can use the food for Kong toys and for re-freezing, although we recommend only defrosting the food once to ensure quality and safety is maintained, otherwise this is not guaranteed. If you do decide to refreeze the food, the shelf life when defrosted again would be reduced accordingly from 5 days, depending on how long it was initially defrosted for.
