Different Dog is a freshly cooked, highly digestible and balanced dog food, which means most of our recipes are suitable for dogs of all ages.
We follow FEDIAF Guidelines for dog food manufacture and stay within the tighter tolerances for puppy food on twelve of our thirteen recipes. The only recipe which is not suitable for puppies is Low Purine and Phosphorus, which sits in our Health+ range, due to the level of phosphorus within this mixture. We recommend this recipe for adult dogs over the age of 12 months only.
As with dogs of all ages, we recommend gradually introducing our food, feeding alongside their current food and building up to the desired amount over 7 - 10 days. When introducing young puppies it can be beneficial to stick to one protein source.
