If you have too much food instead of pausing you can change your delivery date to be further away. See How do I change my delivery date?
To pause log into your account and go to the Plan page
- Click on 'Active' or the 'Edit Status' button.
- Follow through the instructions, select a reason, and on the 'Before you go' page make sure you click to Pause your plan.
- Check your plan information has been updated correctly.
Please note if you already have an order processing you will need to contact Customer Delight immediately to prevent it from being shipped. If it has already been shipped we won't be able to recall the order.
When you are ready to resume your subscription, navigate back to this page and click on 'Resume' and select the date you would like you would like your subscription to resume on.
