Place the food into the fridge for at least 24 hours before it’s needed. If you forget we suggest leaving the food out on the kitchen side and checking it every hour or so to make sure it's still cold (for example, 250g pots will defrost a lot quicker than the 1000g pots), and once defrosted it can go straight into the fridge .
Once defrosted the food will remain fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.
When your delivery arrives, we recommend you put 2 days worth of food into the fridge, then each time you use a pack up, replace it with a frozen one. If the food arrives and is chilled but not fully frozen, don’t worry, as it is still safe to use and can be put into the freezer.
