As long as your order has not yet been processed, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to the Plan page
3. At the bottom of the plan information there is a button for Edit Address.
4. Click save and check the delivery address has been updated.
If you also need to update your Billing address this is a separate location on the Account page.
If you get a message saying that your order has already been processed, then please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not make these changes via DPD or contact DPD to make these changes for you.
Unfortunately, if your delivery has already been processed and collected from us, we are unable to make changes to your delivery details.
