Because our food is freshly cooked and blast frozen, it needs to stay chilled while travelling. The good news is that the box we deliver in, packed tightly with the ice packs and insulation we include, will keep everything cold for up to 24 hours in relatively warm weather. Get it into the fridge or freezer as soon as you arrive and you're all set. If your accommodation doesn't have a freezer, no problem – once defrosted, the meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Rather not travel with it at all? You can change your delivery address to your UK holiday destination (as long as it's within our delivery range) straight from your Different Dog account, or by getting in touch with our Customer Delight team. They can also help you place a smaller order for just the right amount, and in smaller pot sizes if storage space is tight.
Heading overseas? We don't ship meals internationally, so if taking them with you isn't an option, just log into your account and delay your next delivery. Nobody wants to come home to a box that's been sitting on the doorstep.
