Good news, freshly cooked food won't harm your dog's teeth.
It's a question we get a lot, and the answer is reassuringly simple. The culprit when it comes to dental damage is sugar, specifically the simple carbohydrates that attack teeth regardless of whether food is wet or dry. Our natural cooking process and low carbohydrate recipes mean there's very little of that going on in our food.
We also add kelp to every recipe, which is thought to help reduce dental plaque. A quiet little bonus, doing its bit in the background.
That said, no diet alone can replace proper dental care. Feeding Different Dog alongside regular tooth brushing or an oral gel from your vet is a solid combination, and about as good a dental health routine as your dog is likely to get.
