We value all of our wonderful customers and their four-legged friends, which is why we created our rewards program to say "thank you" for trusting us to cook for your dog. 

How does Different Dog's Rewards Programme work?

Our rewards program allows you to earn points with every delivery, when you refer a friend, and when you follow us on social media. To start earning points, simply start your subscription with us then head to the Rewards page on your online account. 

How do I redeem points?

To redeem your rewards, simply sign into your Different Dog account and head to the Rewards tab. Click 'Redeem' on the reward you want to claim and it will automatically be applied to your next order. To find out more visit www.differentdog.com/account/rewards

When do my rewards status and points expire?

Your points and rewards status are valid for up to a year. Don't worry, we'll give you a heads-up when your points are getting close to expiry!

When do my points begin to accrue?

All points will be accrued from the 1st of April 2023 onwards.
