Our Rewards Programme
Every dog deserves a good thing, and so do the people who feed them well. Our Rewards Programme is our way of saying thank you for trusting us with your dog's bowl.
How does it work?
You earn points with every delivery, when you refer a friend and when you follow us on social media. To get started, simply set up your subscription and head to the Rewards page on your online account.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign into your account and head to the Rewards tab. Click "Redeem" on whatever you'd like to claim and it'll automatically be applied to your next order. Simple as that.

When do my points expire?
Your points and rewards status are valid for up to a year. We'll give you a nudge before anything's about to expire, so you won't miss out.
When do points start accruing?
All points accrue from the 1st of April 2023 onwards.
