A quick note on returning food, and why we're not able to accept it.
Food safety guidance is clear that previously cooked food, if thawed in the fridge, can be safely refrozen. So if your delivery arrives still cold to the touch, it's absolutely fine to pop it straight in the freezer.
The reason we can't take food back is simple: any returned food would end up being defrosted a second time before being refrozen again, which creates a much higher risk of bacterial growth and makes it unsafe. There's also no way for us to guarantee that returned food hasn't been tampered with, so for everyone's safety, including yours, we have to draw the line there.
