Follow these steps if you do need to pause your account;
- Log in to your account and go to the Plan page
- Under your dog's name at the top, click on 'Active'
- Choose Pause my plan and select the reason for pausing
- There will be a pop-up to allow you to redeem your reward points if you[JM1] wish. At the bottom of the page, you can then select Pause.
- Choose Pause Plan to confirm and check that your plan information has been updated correctly.
Please note if you already have an order processing, you will need to contact Customer Delight immediately to prevent it from being shipped. If it has already been shipped, we won't be able to recall the order.
When you are ready to resume your subscription, navigate back to this page, click on 'Resume' and select the date you would like you would like your subscription to resume on.
