Need to take a break? No problem at all. Here's how to pause your plan.
Log into your account and head to the Plan page. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see "Amend, Pause or Cancel my subscription" and select your reason. A pop-up will give you the option to redeem any reward points if you'd like to. At the bottom of the page, select Pause, then choose "Pause Plan" to confirm. Give your plan a quick check to make sure everything's updated correctly.
One important thing: if you've already got an order processing, please get in touch with our Customer Delight team straight away so we can try to stop it before it ships. Once it's on its way, we won't be able to recall it.
When you're ready to come back, head to the same page, hit "Resume" and pick the date you'd like your subscription to start up again.
