Every meal is gently cooked in small batches at our kitchen in Telford, Shropshire. From there, it's carefully quality checked and packed before making its way to dogs around the country.
Sustainability isn't something we bolt on. It's baked into how we do things. As a Certified B Corp, we hold ourselves to the highest standards for performance, transparency, people and the planet. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Our pots
Our 250g and 600g pots are made from reclaimed sugarcane pulp, a renewable byproduct that would otherwise be burned. They're fully compostable, so pop them straight into your garden compost bin. Our 1kg tubs aren't compostable just yet, but we're actively working on a better solution. For now, these need to go in general waste.
Boxes and sleeves
All cardboard packaging is widely recyclable. Straight in the recycling bin.
Ice packs
The water-based gel inside is non-toxic. Dissolve it in hot water and pour it down the sink, then recycle the plastic outer.
Wool liners
These are built to be reused. Collect at least six, generate a free Royal Mail returns label and send them back to us. We cover all postage, and the liners go straight back into future deliveries, well away from landfill.
Delivery
Every order is delivered carbon-neutral through DPD.
