We hand-cook all our food in small batches at our kitchen in Telford, Shropshire. From here, our food is carefully quality checked and packed, before being sent our to our pupstomers around the country.
Yes – sustainability is core to what we do. We're a Certified B Corp, which means we hold ourselves to the highest standards for performance, transparency, people, and the planet.
Here's what that means for your packaging:
Our Pots: Our 250g and 600g pots are made from reclaimed sugarcane pulp – a renewable byproduct that would otherwise be burned. They're fully compostable, so you can pop them straight in your garden compost bin. Our 1kg tubs are currently not compostable, but we're actively exploring sustainable alternatives. For now, this unfortunately need to be disposed of through general waste.
Boxes & Sleeves: All cardboard packaging is widely recyclable – pop these in your standard recycling bin.
Ice Packs: The water-based gel is non-toxic and can be dissolved in hot water and poured down the sink. The plastic outer goes in your recycling.
Wool Liners: These are reusable through our free returns program – collect at least 6, generate a free Royal Mail returns label, and we cover all postage. Once received, they're reused in future deliveries, keeping them out of landfill.
Delivery: Every order is delivered carbon-neutral via DPD, our eco-conscious courier.
