If you have a new dog, congratulations; it's always exciting to welcome a new four-legged family member.
If you would like the recipes for this dog to arrive at the same location and time as your existing plan then it is best to add your new dog to your existing plan.
If the dog you wish to add has a different delivery address or you require the food to arrive on a different day then we suggest creating a brand new plan for this dog.
Follow these steps to add a new dog to your subscription.
- Log in to your online account.
- Go to your dog page and select 'Add new dog'
- Fill in their details and click save
- You will be asked which plan to add the dog to (new or existing).
- Complete the diet and recipes pages and add any additional treats.
- Click confirm when done and check that your plan has been updated correctly.
