As a B Corp, we hold ourselves to the highest standards when it comes to people, the planet and everything in between. That means thinking carefully about what we use, what we reuse and what we send back into the world.
Wool liner returns
Our wool liner returns scheme is free, quick and genuinely makes a difference. Once you've collected at least 6 liners, pack them up in a box and send them back using the link below - we'll take care of the rest.
head to royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7359 and select the retailer "Puffin". From there you've got three options:
- Book a collection (no printer needed)
- Print the label at home and drop the box at a Royal Mail Postbox, Locker, ParcelShop or Delivery Office
- Use a QR code sent to your email - just show it at a drop-off point and they'll print the label for you
Eco ice packs
These are worth hanging onto - they're great for picnics and lunchboxes. When you're done with them, defrost, snip the corner and pour the gel down the sink with warm water (it's water-based and completely safe). Rinse the outer packaging and pop it in your recycling, either via your local council or at a supermarket recycling point.
