As soon as your dog's meals are cooked, they're frozen and on their way to you. Here's what to expect when they arrive.
Getting your delivery
We deliver via DPD, a carbon-neutral courier, so you can track your box every step of the way through their app or website. On your delivery day, you'll get a one hour time slot from DPD. Not in? No problem, just ask them to leave your box somewhere secure.
When your box arrives
Get the pots into your freezer as soon as you can, and pop whatever you need for the next feed straight into the fridge to defrost. Our packaging is designed to keep everything safe in transit, so as long as the pots are cool to the touch when they arrive (even if the food feels soft), they're perfectly safe to refreeze and feed.
Our free returns scheme
We offer a free returns scheme so we can recycle and reuse your insulation and ice packs. It's one of the ways we try to keep our carbon pawprint as small as possible. Get in touch for details on how to take part.
