When your order is processed, you will receive an email or text message from DPD to advise you of your consignment number.
To update your delivery instructions or to select a safe place for DPD to leave your delivery if you are not in, please either click on "Show my options" in the email you receive from DPD or visit the link below and enter your reference number.

Please do not use the DPD site to make changes to your address or delivery date. Any changes to date or address must be directed to our Customer Delight team, who may be able to make these changes if your delivery has not yet been collected by DPD. DPD App:
We highly recommend downloading the DPD app, if you can. You can download it onto your device from your app store. It should let you do the following:
- Pinpoint your address on a map or add 'what3words so the driver can find it
- Add a note for the driver
- Add a photo
- Let the driver know you need more time to get to the door
- Set what happens if you aren't in:
- Leave in a safe place
- Choose a preferred neighbour
- Select a nearby shop for collection
- You can also put your consignment number in to track deliveries through the app and see past deliveries.
