Not going to be in? No bother.
Your food arrives in an insulated box designed to keep everything frozen on its way from our kitchen to yours - so it'll sit quite happily on the doorstep until you're back.
Once you're home, transfer the pots to your freezer. Our rule of paw: if they're cool to the touch when you pick them up (even if the food's gone a little soft), they're perfectly fine to freeze and use as normal.
