Need to send your order somewhere different? Here's how.
You can update your delivery address any time before your order's been processed. Log in, head to the Plan page, and scroll to the bottom where you'll find Edit Address. Save it, and check the update's gone through.
Billing address is a separate one - you'll find that on the Account page.
If you see a message saying your order's already been processed, get in touch with us at feedme@differentdog.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help. One thing to avoid: please don't contact DPD directly or make changes through them - it won't work and could cause more hassle than it's worth.
If your order's already left us, we're afraid we can't make any changes to the delivery details at that point.
