What if my delivery is late?
Our eco-friendly packaging and insulation have been specifically designed to keep your dog's favourite recipes frozen during transit. However, we do recommend transferring them to the freezer as soon as possible after they have been delivered. In the event that your delivery is delayed, the first thing to do is check the temperature of your pots; if they are still cool to the touch (even if the food is soft), they can be safely popped away in your freezer then defrosted and fed as normal.
