Our packaging is built to keep everything frozen on its way to you - but once it arrives, the sooner it's in the freezer the better.
If your delivery's been delayed, start with a quick check: are the pots still cool to the touch? If yes (even if the food's gone a little soft), you're good - pop them straight in the freezer and defrost when needed.
